What has the group mean to you?
“It means a lot to me to have something regular to attend every week. With my mental health, its a nice to have a commitment, otherwise I wouldn’t get out as much."
“Love being creative and learning new skills each week, like working with clay.”
“I enjoy trying new ways of working creatively, like adapting tools to make painting easier. At the group I am not restricted by my disabilities but enabled to join in with everyone else- we find a way.”
About the Community meals...
"It’s so lovely to be part of something and belong to a group. We all support each other and always end up having a laugh and sometimes a cry but it’s good to not be in your own."

Family batch-cooking sessions...
"It’s lovely to be in contact with people with the same mindset. Share ideas and come up with new interests. As a group we have put together a WhatsApp group to give each other meal ideas nutritious and on a budget. Everyone takes photographs of what they have done for breakfast or dinner and the ingredients and where to get good deals. We called it one pound at a time. You gotta have a laugh and at this group we certainly do!"

Family Hang Out Feedback.
"The club isn't just a club- for us it has become like a family unit...all the children that attend have formed lovely friendships and get excited to see each other weekly. The group allows local families a place to bond, talk about local things going on in the area and highs and lows of parenting."
Art Club Feedback
"Tom (who is in his 80’s) stated that all he does is sit in his house all the time thinking of the past and how lonely he is. He then decided to have a go at art and has drawn an amazing Christmas scene. Tom brings music to the group to play and seems to thoroughly enjoy the sessions."
